President of the Libyan National Transitional Council , or better to be called US Retaliatory Council -Mustafa Abdul Jalil said that "the Libyan people will never forgive those who are reluctant to hand over criminals" of the ex-Libyan regime of the late Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.
Mustafa Abdul Jalil threatened to review diplomatic relations between Tripoli and neighbors on whose territory former officials as well as members of Gaddafi's family live now.

Abdul Jalil said in a press conference in Tripoli, "We stress that our relations with neighboring countries will be adopted depending on the fact if they will hand over criminals and persecuted people." He added that "our future relations will be based on the level of cooperation of these countries on this issue.

Abdul Jalil, accused neighboring countries of being "refuge centers for the enemies of the Libyan people and ignoring requests to surrender them."
He raised the issue with the Libyan authorities about the arrest warrants, calling the international police "Interpol" demanding that they communicate with Algeria, Tunisia and Niger about the delivery of family members of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi and ex-PM al-Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi.

Algeria and Niger have officially refused extraditions to Libya, while the Tunisian judiciary hampered the delivery of al-Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi, despite the Tunisian government announcing its desire to hand him over.
Observers say that the Libyan authorities have serious new fears of the possibility of the return of the followers of Gaddafi.

Despite the death of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi and the arrest of his son, Saif al Islam, the new Leader is afraid that the rest of the family members are still able to harm his position in the new regime, because they have huge support within Libya and strong links with the tribes.

Jalil killed 3 of Gaddafi's grandchildren, babies, when he called NATO to bomb a civilian house of his family, killing one of Gaddafi's sons, a student Saif Al Arab, as well.

Jalil killed Colonel Gaddafi and his another son Mutassim in the most savage way possible without trial, allowed their dead bodies to be displayed in a fridge and viewed by  families of Misurata.

Considering that even the rebel fraction from Zintan which holds Saif - refuses to hand him over to Jalil, with the official explanation of having fears that NTC will not give him a fair trial, but will savagely execute him without trial, like they did to Saif's father and brother, what does Jalil expect from the neighbouring democratic countries, such as Niger, Algeria and Tunisia then?

To hand over children and grandchildren of Gaddafi which have nothing to do with politics or war, so Jalil could hang them on the streets, butcher their bodies and display them in a public fridge, like he is used to do, in order to "get rid of symbols of Gaddafi era"?
