The Brother Leader Muammar Al Gaddafi on ARRAI TV [20. September 2011]

by 108morris108

Brother Leader, commander of the revolution, Mouamar al Gaddafi ,
has adressed the people through a message that was transmitted by ARRAY TV.
key points of the message.
1. This that is happening to day in Libya is a mascerata that exists only because of the constant NATO bombardment and these bombings will not last forever.
2. Do not believe that a regime was overthrown and another regime is installed because of the bombings by sea and air. (this is consider a message for the people outside of Libya that still fall for NATO propaganda )
3.All the libyan tribes in a common statement have made clear to NATO that there is no representative for the libyan people but the people themselves.
4.The political system of Libya , the Jamahiriya , is a system that represents all the millions of Libyan people.
5. There is no other legal authority in Libya than the authority of the people and the revolutionary popular committes.
6. I do not hold any power in Libya , I have resinged from every official possition since 1977, and opened the road to direct democracy, the rule of the masses, the JAMAHIRIYA.
7. The political system in Libya is a system that has his basis in the authority of the masses and there is no way that it can be replaced by any other political system.
8. The NATO bombs will not last forever and the new regime cannot be instralled by the bombing and the killing of the Libyan people.

"All should be aware that the government of Libya is the Jamahiriya government, that the power belongs to the men and woman of the Popular Conferences and the People's Committees in Libya. This Government by the People will never fail or fall. It embodies the millions of Libyans and for that reason it can't fall.
Anyone who says Qaddafi's government has fallen is nothing then ridiculous and joke. Qaddafi doesn't have a government, therefore that government can't fall.

Qaddafi is out of power since 1977 when i have passed the power to the People's Committees of the Jamahiriya. When 2000 tribes meet and declare that only the Libyan people represent Libya, doesn't that say enough?

This is the answer to NATO which has said the National Transitional Council from Benghazi represents the Libyan people. The Libyan people are here and they are with me, nobody can represent us. So no legitimacy to anything else or anyone else, the power belongs to the people. Al Libyans are member of the People's Committees. Anything else is false.

What is happening now in Libya is a charade which can only take place because of the NATO air raids, which will not last for ever. When the have left the traitors will be gone too. We are ready to die for the Power of the People. This is what we stand for and this is what our martyrs have standing for. "

This phone call is a dispute between a Misurati rebel leader and the NTC’s Military spokesman, Colonel Ahmed Ban

US and European troops participated in the invasion of Tripoli and are still stationed there, according to an intercepted telephone call between officials of Libya's National Transitional Council, the body purporting to represent NATO-allied rebels in the Libyan civil war.

The call also reveals the existence of mass graves in or near Misurata which, one of the rebels says, "we are not supposed to talk about."
The conversation, which is highly emotional and often confrontational, purports to be a recent telephone call between a high-ranking officer of the Misurata Brigade and the NTC's military spokesman, Colonel Ahmed Bani (see summary translation supplied by @luzbek: justpaste.it/luzbek).  While it is impossible to verify its authenticity, Arabic speakers say the conversation appears spontaneous and is highly credible by virtue of its level of detail and urgent tone.[ Jakob Levich -> http://mrzine.monthlyreview.org/2011/levich200911.html ]

This phone call is a dispute between a Misurati rebel leader and the NTC’s Military spokesman, Colonel Ahmed Ban

This phone call is a dispute between a Misurati rebel leader and the NTC's Military spokesman, Colonel Ahmed Bani, showing numerous rebel's lies & hypocrisy. It confirms several facts:
- They talk about the presence of U.S & French troops within Misurata and Tripoli, and they are clearly admitting that foreign troops engaged in the attack & occupation of Tripoli, and are still there.

- A major conflict between the Misurata brigade and the NTC in Benghazi, about how the Misurata brigade is perceived by Benghazi, the minimizing of its role in the fights. The Misurati commander seems really tired of hearing the Military spokesman gloating on TV & in the news, talking about a so-called new National Army, while they are being crushed by Gaddafi troops, without the help of Benghazi. He says
Your So-called National Army has been totally crushed at Dafniya by Gaddafi troops, and they took all the weapons and armoured vehicles. There is no National Army anymore. Where is your National army in Sirte? Are you talking about those waiting outside parading for TV & photographs? A Commander like you should come to the battleground, not go parading on TV! Stop acting like the Americans & French, like Sarkozy parading while the war is still ongoing in the country. Come to the battleground!

- Ahmed Bani, The NTC’s Spokesman, answer him about the psychological operation & aims for his use of the word “New National Army”, he says that the whole world is fearing a guerrilla situation in Libya, fearing Al Qaeda and fratricide fights between the different factions. The international community must not see the Libyan rebels as a bunch of different factions, militias and brigades, so he uses the word “Libyan Army” to pretend that Libya is ok, that the situation is under control, and that there are only small pockets of pro-Gaddafi fighters to defeat. So they try to convince the US, UK and France that a Libyan army is under construction, etc...

- The Misurati commander stop him, telling him that the US & French are very well informed about the situation on the ground, since they are with them on the ground. They where in Tripoli during the assault, and they are still there. He says in his own brigade only, there is a foreign intel. group of 12 US spec ops, and 6 French (spies?), they are giving all the info, through internet & press (?). So the situation is quiet clear for them, no need to pretend there is a new Libyan army.

- A dispute over the weapons & “troops” or “mercenaries” from Qatar
Where are the weapons from Qatar, where are the troops when we need them?
says the Misurati rebel. The deficiency of backing troops and weapons from Benghazi, while they have given them 150 millions  for it- The Misurati commander says that they didn’t get the weapons they were promised while they know they are in Benghazi. He swears that each of those in Benghazi who betrayed the Misurata brigade will pay the hard price and that the ‘revolution’ will succeed with or without them. He says that even if colonel Bani pretend he didn’t betrayed, he need to fix the situation, and give what they promised to Misurata brigade, as he’s in power.

- The Misurati commander says that Benghazi owe them money and respect for the Misurata ‘martyrs’, the wounded and amputations,  for all what they have done, including destroying the Gaddafi army in Misurata and areas
Think about the armies we destroyed, Man, we destroyed 16 battalions in Misurata, there are MASS GRAVES of Gaddafi soldiers, but we are not supposed to talk about it. Who destroyed them? And you are talking about a National army?! Where is your National army of Benghazi? We are taking major casualties right now. Ambulances and planes are full of our casualties; hospitals are full of Misuratan rebels! Where is the help coming from Qatar? Where are the weapons coming from Qatar? You guys are excluding us from Libya like if we were Bangladesh. You are doing worse than Gaddafi, forgetting us and putting us apart

Rebels on the Rampage -  in Libya.
Members and supporters of  armed gangs (aka Libyan  rebels), have  committed human rights abuse, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Private houses have been looted and burned. "Freedom fighters" shot, hanged and otherwise killed through lynching dozens of Libyans.

This is how the "liberated" towns look like.. They are ghost towns! NATO and their ground mercenaries (aka rebels) expelled, ethnicaly cleansed or killed the whole populations in some places, because majority people are pro-Gaddafi pro-Green Jamahirya, and NATO knows that it's easier to kill them, than to make them change their minds and hearts. SAD MOMENT in history, the westerners are ignorantly watching. And the world still has a nerve to call them FREEDOM FIGHTERS!

Scenes from Qawalish, Libya.  Eyewitness "Bryan Denton and I were in the town within minutes after it fell, we returned the day after and we returned again today. During this time the town was solely under rebel control. During this same time, many houses have been burned. We have been unable to locate a single civilian in the town." http://cjchivers.com/post/7473082598/scenes-from-qawalish-libya

The rebels in Tripoli commit rape and atrocities. They entered her house and took everything his family owns: cars, gold, money, etc. .. She calls for the Libyans to wake up to save Libya is being lost. She praised the achievements made by Gaddafi who, thanks to the artificial river, turned into the Sahara green country. She also talks about the situation on the border with Tunisia, Ras Jedir where Berber rebels hosted their own flag and make life unbearable for people. She calls on Arab countries and the world to intervene in Libya to help the Libyan people against the rebels and stop the NATO bombing that destroyed everything. She says that all the rebels to say only lies.) [ ورفلي ناجي,Al Rai Tv ]

Letter to Dr. Mahmoud Jibril from Brad Sherman - United States Congress

BradSherman
United States Congress
May12,2011

Dr. Mahmoud Jibril Interim Prime Minister Transitional National Council of Libya 2201 Wyoming Ave, NW Washington, DC 20008

Dear Dr. Jibril,
I serve as the Ranking Member of the Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Terrorism, Nonproliferation, and Trade in the House of Representatives. I have monitored U.S.-Libyan relations for many years, and am hopeful that we can usher in a new era of close relations. In that vein, I urge the Transitional National Council to adopt the following two policies.
First, a formal resolution by the Council should direct that funds of the Qaddafi family and Qaddafi government frozen by the United States should be used to defray the cost of the U.S. military for actions benefiting the Libyan people. The full cost of such activities should be included in the amount transferred from those seized assets to the U.S. Treasury.
In addition, to the extent that the U.S. engages humanitarian efforts and other non-military activities in support of the Libyan people, the seized or frozen funds should be used to fully compensate the American taxpayer for any such expenditures.
Second, all persons who have materially supported al-Qaeda, or the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), or have materially supported or engaged in hostile activities against American forces in Afghanistan or Iraq, should be barred from service in the military or civilian operations of the Transitional National Council of Libya.
Further, I urge you to address the activities of Mr. Abdel-Hakim al-Hasidi, who boasts of actions which led to the death of American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan, and who claims to be a commander of rebel forces. Even if Mr. al-Hasidi's comments boasting of taking action designed to kill many dozens of American soldiers are entirely fabricated, such claims should disqualify him from serving in any capacity. Is the Transitional National Council willing to extradite Mr. al-Hasidi, whose comments clearly point to a probable cause that he has attempted to murder Americans?
Sincer
BRAD SHERMAN
Member of Congress

Libya: to King Sarkozy, the Spoils [by Pepe Ecosbar]

[ We sipmly have to put you article and to save your words in our history ... respect respect  RESPECT for you Pepe  Escobar !]

Move over, Lawrence of Arabia. The Great Gallic Liberator of Libya (and any other gullible Arab in sight), neo-Napoleonic French President Nicolas Sarkozy, along with his sidekick British Prime Minister David of Arabia Cameron, gallantly strode into a cordoned off military airport in Tripoli to sing La Vie en Rose by the Mediterranean, thus celebrating the success of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s long bombing of Libya into “democracy”.

Tagging along for the photo-op was insufferable self-promoter and self-described “new philosopher” Bernard-Henri Levy, he of the perennially revealing torso under a neatly pressed white shirt, and he of the notorious phone call from Benghazi who “sold” a war to the beleaguered Gallic Liberator (as if King Sarko would refuse any push to enlarge his grandeur).

No need to hold the Imperial Rome metaphors – from “victory lap” to “laurels” and the inevitable “to the victor the spoils” (of war), because that’s exactly what this was.

King Sarko and Little Dave may not look like the lovely lady from Angola who’s just been crowned Miss Universe – but they couldn’t be in fuller “feel free to bask in my glow” mode. A victory lap in the periphery of empire – even if you’re just a lowly proconsul – certainly beats being mercilessly crushed by Europe’s economic debacle.
To the sound of Apache helicopters patrolling the Mediterranean, and escorted by dozens of riot police, King Sarko felt the need to tell an unsuspecting world, “What we did was for humanitarian reasons. There was no hidden agenda.”
But just in case – and with Tripoli’s top two hotels swarming with multilingual contractors/vultures – the chairman of the dodgy Transitional National Council (TNC), Mustafa Abdul Jalil, had to spell out the agenda: “allies and friends” would “have priority within a framework of transparency” in sharing the loot. So many juicy oil and gas (and water and uranium and reconstruction) contracts to bag, so little time.
Echoing King Sarko, Little Dave bombastically proclaimed, “the Arab spring could become an Arab summer”. That’s code for NATO ready to bomb more dictators to oblivion – as long as there are any opportunist “rebels” willing to call the (European) cavalry by exhibiting “pro-democracy” credentials, fake or otherwise.
King Sarko even outlined the next chapter: the road to Damascus. Dear Bashar, time to start booking that one-way ticket.
Somalia rules
The King Sarko/Little Dave lightning Tripoli tour was carefully timed to upstage the visit by Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Yet as far as the soul of the Arab Spring – Egypt – is concerned, Recep is the man, not the Anglo-French NATO bombers.
And to think that just yesterday British and French intelligence were so happy in bed with Gaddafi’s security apparatus. Such a pity that Little Dave did not enjoy some quality time with Tripoli military commander Abdelhakim Belhaj former emir of the Libya Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), former al-Qaeda asset, former CIA torturee but (good for him) eternal Gaddafi foe.
...
You betcha; the (tragic) fun and games are just beginning. Let's see how long will it take for King Sarko and Little Dave to reenact their victory lap - and in what kind of Tripoli will they land. Kabul, Baghdad or Mogadishu?
